Commercial Projects

Projects completed through prior experience while working for Webcor Builders and Dome Construction.

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital & Trauma Center

New critical ground-up OSPHD-1 Hospital in San Francisco. I started my career on this project as a Project Engineer right after receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and ultimately was promoted to Assistant Superintendent by the end of the project.

Private Client – Research & Development Campus

New ground-up highly sophisticated research and development facility for one of Silicon Valley’s largest technology companies. Onsite Superintendent overseeing all field operations from project mobilization through completion of interior finishes, start of punch list and client turnover.

UCSF Wayne & Gladyss Valley Center for Vision

New ground-up OSPHD-3 state-of-the-art facility for UCSF’s renowned eyecare services. Onsite Superintendent from project mobilization through commissioning, turnover and ultimate close-out. Managed foundations, superstructure, interior build-out, roof/mechanical penthouses, fire life safety, commissioning and final inspections.

Genesis Marina – Life Science Campus

New ground-up world class project offering laboratory and office spaces for the expanding scientific community. Onsite Lead Superintendent from project mobilization through finishes. Directly responsible for extensive new utility infrastructure, site grading, foundations, superstructure, interior finishes, roof /penthouse build-outs and highly sophisticated exterior façade system.

UCSF – HSIR Improvements Project

Retrofit of (2) existing fully occupied towers at the UCSF Parnassus Campus. Onsite Lead Superintendent, directly responsible for field operations, master schedule, safety and coordination with all Stakeholders.

Private Client – Life Science Campus

Full tenant Improvement of (2) existing two-story buildings for a high-profile biotechnology research company. Onsite Lead Superintendent from project mobilization through commissioning, final inspections and ultimate turnover.

Residential Projects

First Floor Addition and Expansion

Project Goal: Create a more functional space for a growing family, added 600SF addition equipped with gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and custom exposed wood beam work. Relocated kitchen to allow for an optimal layout focusing on natural lighting and high-end finishes. All woodwork is a custom knotty alder-stained cabinetry, doors and beams throughout spaces. Added a 1st floor powder room with full height tile wall.

Laundry Room Remodel

Project Goal: Reconfigure existing laundry room space to maximize capacity and provide more family storage. Demolished existing space completely and fully rebuilt with all new custom cabinetry specifically designed to fit the space.

Attic Conversion to Playroom

Project Goal: Transform a portion of the attic into a kid reading and playroom. Structural changes to roof truss framing to vault ceiling, cedar wood paneled ceiling w/ recessed lighting and custom-built window bench/toy chest. Transformed an unhabitable space into a beautifully crafted space for family activities.

Exterior Improvements

Project Goal: Remove old stucco siding and replaced with James Hardie cement board vertical batten and board for first story and horizontal shiplap at second story. All new windows, doors, and custom-built front and rear overhangs with 8x cedar columns and beams with custom 5-way brackets. Transformed the existing front planter into a true front porch deck and built a new deck in backyard with balcony to second floor master bedroom.

Site Hardscape & Landscaping

Project Goal: Drought resistant landscaping with large areas for kids to play. Grading and cut back hill to further level out backyard and installed a 4’ tall retaining wall with a decomposed granite walkway and associated hillside landscaping. All new stamped and colored concrete around pool and side yards as well as newly installed turf lawn and decomposed granite landscaping. Poured footings and pad for future outdoor cabana and BBQ area with future build-out planned. Installed large Calistoga boulder wall at front yard and built custom landscape stairs leading to house front entry. All new perimeter fencing and entire front yard and backyard landscaping completed by Hosny Builders.

Full House Remodel - Market Ready

Project Goal: Rehabilitate distressed property for market listing and maximize client earning potential. Custom built fireplace cabinetry and bookshelves, all new flooring and trim work throughout. Kitchen remodel maintaining existing cabinetry. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled. Installed new retrofitted windows and large glass slider.
